Job Description


Opportunity leads a team of customer solutions and opportunity managers, he is responsible for developing end to end value propositions for various segments and customers, based on a clear understanding of customer needs, market insights and product knowledge. Create, coach and lead a team of customer solutions and opportunity managers. Leverages understanding of the local business environment, customer needs, supply chain flows and support development of product strategy and end to end solutions various customer segments / individual customers Provide support to teams by removing barriers and working with other functional leaders to bring alignment, improve efficiency and win rates of opportunities Aligns all sales team members on process standardization to enhance overall win rates Play a key role in maintenance of opportunities on the system and work with the teams to mature these opportunities in a time bound manner. Ensure all qualified logistics solution opportunities progress through effective solutioning process.
