Job Summary:The Creative Head will lead and oversee the creative strategy, vision, and execution across all brand communication, campaigns, and design initiatives. This role requires a highly imaginative leader who can inspire creative teams, conceptualize innovative ideas, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The Creative Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compelling storytelling, engaging content, and impactful campaigns that elevate the brand identity and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy aligned with brand objectives.- Lead the creative team (designers, copywriters, video editors, content creators, etc.) in delivering innovative campaigns.- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential, ATL/BTL).- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.- Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to creative team members.- Oversee production of content, graphics, videos, photography, and other creative assets.- Stay updated with global design, digital, and branding trends to inspire innovation.- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.- Evaluate creative performance and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.- Proficiency in creative/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and creative innovations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
