Managing, guiding, and motivating a team of counsellors/telecallers to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of team targets.
Conducting regular team review meetings, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training and support to enhance productivity.
Handling walk-ins and providing online counselling for CAT, CMAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET.
Responsible for achievement of monthly sales targets.
Organizing events, presentations, and webinars for school and college products.
Gathering feedback about existing products from the market and current students.
Following up with students after counselling sessions.
Regularly updating oneself on features, advantages, and benefits of all offered products.
Maintaining a daily report of tasks and activities completed.
Performing other related duties incidental to the work described above.
Making calls to prospective students to inform them about programs, seminars, and webinars.
Addressing student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities.
Persuading students and parents to visit the institute for counselling sessions and program demonstrations.
Additional Information

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, helpful approach.

Excellent communication skills are a must.
Prior experience in team handling or team supervision will be an added advantage.
