Job Responsibilities:
Security Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement extensive security plans, policies, and procedures to protect personnel, assets, and information across all corporate facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest security technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the security team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development programs for security staff.

Operational Security Management

• Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations, document findings, and implement corrective actions.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security capabilities.
• Educate employees on security awareness, policies, and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Extensive knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and threat analysis
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and security management software
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards
