We are looking for an experienced and talented

Head Cook

to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must be skilled in

Chinese, Indian, Tandoor

, and

Veg & Non-Veg Biryani

preparation, with the ability to manage staff, maintain food quality, and oversee large-scale catering events.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage the overall kitchen operations. Prepare and oversee the cooking of

Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, and Biryani

dishes. Train and guide kitchen staff for proper food preparation and hygiene. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes. Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and control inventory. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate with management for event planning and timely service delivery.

Requirements:



Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or catering setup. Expertise in

multi-cuisine cooking

(Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, Biryani). Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage large kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
