Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, and Biryani
dishes.
Train and guide kitchen staff for proper food preparation and hygiene.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and control inventory.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with management for event planning and timely service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or catering setup.
Expertise in
multi-cuisine cooking
(Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, Biryani).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage large kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
