Developing Bangalore food menus and Bangalore style recipes Ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards Managing food and labor costs Overseeing kitchen staff and coordinating cooking schedules Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards Ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed Training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and the use of kitchen equipment Performing checks on the quality of ingredients Handling and resolving any issues or complaints related to the food or service
