Role Overview



We are looking for a

Head of Digital

who will primarily lead

client relationships and business expansion

. This role is less about day-to-day execution and more about

strategy, stakeholder management, and revenue growth

. The person will work closely with management and internal digital teams to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Servicing & Relationship Management (Primary Focus)



Be the

main point of contact

for key and enterprise clients Understand client business objectives and align digital strategies accordingly Lead client meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth Handle escalations and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Business Development & Expansion



Drive

new client acquisition

through pitches, referrals, and networking Lead proposal creation, pricing discussions, and closures Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Support management in building revenue growth strategies

Strategic Oversight



Provide strategic direction to SEO, content, and digital marketing teams Review plans and outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations Act as a bridge between

clients, teams, and management


Management Collaboration



Work closely with founders and leadership on business strategy Share market insights, client feedback, and growth opportunities Support process improvements and team scaling when required

Required Experience & Skills



5+ years of experience in

digital marketing/agency environment

Strong background in

client servicing, account management & business development

Good understanding of

content, SEO, and digital marketing

(strategy level) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to grow accounts and close deals

Must-Haves



Based in

Mumbai

Experience working with multiple clients and senior stakeholders Comfortable in a

hybrid work setup
