Work closely with founders and leadership on business strategy
Share market insights, client feedback, and growth opportunities
Support process improvements and team scaling when required
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in
digital marketing/agency environment
Strong background in
client servicing, account management & business development
Good understanding of
content, SEO, and digital marketing
(strategy level)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to grow accounts and close deals
