About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic

Head - Civil

to lead our projects for a

township including residential, commercial buildings, and infrastructure works

. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven experience in handling large-scale projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of township, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Manage approvals, compliance, and coordination with authorities. Implement best practices in construction management, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in handling large-scale residential & commercial projects. Proven track record of leading township and infrastructure developments. Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
