All-Rounder Chef

Job Summary
The All-Rounder Chef is responsible for preparing and assisting in a wide variety of cuisines across kitchen sections, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene, and timely service. This role requires flexibility, multitasking, and the ability to support different kitchen operations as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, Tandoor, Breakfast, etc.) as required
Assist in daily food preparation, mise-en-place, and service operations
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per FSSAI norms
Support senior chefs during peak hours and special events
Assist in stock control, storage, and minimizing food wastage
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
Handle basic guest requests and dietary preferences when needed
Work across different shifts including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
2-4 years of experience in hotel or multi-cuisine kitchen
Knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Team player with a positive attitude
