Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate North Indian Vegetarian Chef to join our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic vegetarian North Indian dishes, maintaining consistent taste and quality, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian vegetarian dishes -- including curries, dals, paneer items, vegetables, breads, and rice. Ensure authentic taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation in every dish. Handle bulk cooking orders for catering and delivery while maintaining consistency and flavor. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Manage raw material inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize food wastage. Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vegetarian Chef / North Indian Chef / Curry Chef. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a cloud kitchen, catering service, or restaurant. Strong knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine, spices, and traditional cooking methods. Ability to manage bulk orders and work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality. Good teamwork and communication skills.
