Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage the entire culinary team.
Plan and design authentic
Chinese
and
South Indian
menus with innovative presentation.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control across all dishes.
Monitor food cost, inventory, and wastage to maintain profitability.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety as per FSSAI norms.
Coordinate with management for menu updates, event menus, and kitchen requirements.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular quality checks for ingredients and supplies.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders during peak hours.
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Chef (with at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Senior Chef role).
Expertise in
Chinese and South Indian food preparation and menu planning
.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, modern cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
