Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pure Vegetarian Chef to lead daily kitchen operations for our cafe. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality vegetarian meals, maintaining food consistency, hygiene standards, and ensuring timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook 100% pure vegetarian meals as per the cafe's menu and quality standards Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Plan daily prep, cooking schedules, and manage kitchen workflow for cloud kitchen orders Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety (FSSAI norms) Manage raw material usage, minimize wastage, and monitor inventory Suggest menu improvements and new vegetarian dishes based on customer feedback Coordinate with operations team for smooth order dispatch and timely deliveries Supervise kitchen helpers (if any)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a pure vegetarian restaurant, cafe, cloud kitchen, or hotel Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine (Indian veg preferred; Jain/Satvik is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline Good time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Formal culinary training is an advantage Experience in cloud kitchen or takeaway-focused operations Willingness to adapt recipes and control food costs

As per experience and skill level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
