1) Complete kitchen management for all three departments (Indian, Chinese & Tandoor)

2) Knowledge about menu preparation

3) Ensuring item plating before service

4) Complete staff hiring for the kitchen (whenever required)

5) Knowledge of Indian, Chinese and Tandoori cuisine

6) Reducing and tracking kitchen wastage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
