We are looking for a head chef to join our team at Pilgrim, Nashik.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Follow set recipes and procedures for food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, plating, and overall culinary excellence.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement seasonal menus and specials.
  • Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, implementing improvements and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the culinary team.
