Head Chef (Minimum 3 Years Experience)
Courtside is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, design signature menus, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members. The Head Chef will oversee all culinary functions, from menu innovation to team management and cost control.
You'll be responsible for --
Leading kitchen operations including menu planning, preparation, and service.
Designing innovative dishes that align with Courtside's premium positioning.
Managing kitchen staff including sous chefs, CDPs, and commis teams.
Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Controlling costs, managing inventory, and minimizing wastage.
Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
Collaborating with F&B leadership to pair culinary offerings with club events.
You need --
Degree or diploma in culinary arts/hospitality.
Minimum 3 years' experience as Head Chef in a premium restaurant or club.
Strong leadership, creativity, and cost management skills.
Knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary trends
