Role Overview

The

Head Chef

will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing an innovative menu that reflects European & Mediterranean fusion culinary excellence. This role demands creativity, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional gastronomic experience that aligns with the luxury fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Development & Innovation

Design and develop seasonal European & Mediterranean fusion menus aligned with cafe concept and customer profile. Incorporate contemporary culinary trends while maintaining authenticity and premium quality. Ensure dishes are visually appealing and Instagram-worthy to complement the fashion store's lifestyle branding.

Kitchen Management

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring high efficiency, hygiene, and safety standards. Manage procurement of premium ingredients and maintain cost controls without compromising quality. Implement and monitor food safety & hygiene protocols in compliance with FSSAI standards.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality. Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the kitchen.

Customer Experience

Engage with customers when required to explain dishes or take feedback. Work closely with cafe service staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely service.

Operational Excellence

Monitor kitchen inventory and wastage control. Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and special events.
