MANGO MEADOWS is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences by offering high-quality, creative, and delicious meals. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring innovation, consistency, and excellence to our menu.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and brand standards. Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, assistants, and trainees. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs effectively. Collaborate with management to create new dishes and seasonal specials. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper functioning. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals without compromising quality. Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of budgeting and inventory control. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
