Location: Jaipur About Champions: Champions Studio is an upcoming premium kids recreational club that will offer a wide range of activities including soccer, swimming, dance, music, art and much more. With a focus on holistic development, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and grow. About the Role: Champions Studio is seeking an experienced chef to lead the kitchen team of our upcoming cafe, which will mainly serve healthy and organic food for everyone with a special menu designed for kids. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative, nutritious dishes from scratch and will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and daily operations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a menu that caters to the dietary needs and preferences of everyone, with a focus on healthy and organic ingredients. Work closely with suppliers to source the best-quality ingredients. Prepare food from scratch, ensuring that all dishes are safe, healthy, and appealing to eyes. Hire, manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards along with the necessary FDA norms. Requirements: Proven experience as a chef, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking styles, health and safety regulations. Experience with menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
