We are looking for a creative and experienced

Head Chef

to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a passion for culinary innovation.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and design menus in collaboration with management, ensuring a balance of creativity and profitability Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and food preparation activities Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO standards if applicable) Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary targets Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance Handle customer feedback related to food and service quality Collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service operations Monitor and maintain equipment and kitchen infrastructure

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
