Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design menus in collaboration with management, ensuring a balance of creativity and profitability
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and food preparation activities
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO standards if applicable)
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary targets
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
Handle customer feedback related to food and service quality
Collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service operations
Monitor and maintain equipment and kitchen infrastructure
