Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and supervise daily breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as per the fixed weekly menu
Ensure consistency and quality in items such as:
Breakfast: Poha, Paratha, Puri, Sandwich, Idli, Tea
Lunch: Rajma, Kadhi, Dal Makhani, Chole, Veg Biryani, Rice, Roti
Snacks: Samosa, Pakoda, Golgappa, Bhelpuri, Pasta, Noodles
Dinner: Mix Veg, Palak Paneer, Aloo Gobi, Pav Bhaji, Dal, Rice, Roti
Plan daily preparation (mise-en-place) to ensure timely service
Maintain food taste, hygiene, and portion control
Supervise kitchen helpers and assign daily work
Ensure proper cleanliness and FSSAI hygiene standards
Manage raw material usage and minimize wastage
Coordinate with management for menu execution and kitchen requirements
Handle bulk cooking efficiently (canteen / cafe style)
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Cook
Strong knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cooking
Experience in mess, cafe, canteen, or cloud kitchen preferred
Ability to manage bulk food preparation
Basic understanding of kitchen inventory and stock control
Team handling and leadership skills
