Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per family requirements).
Create balanced and nutritious meal plans considering dietary preferences/restrictions.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.
Source and manage grocery supplies efficiently.
Experiment with new recipes while respecting traditional preferences.
Ensure food is prepared fresh, on time, and presented well.
Manage food storage to avoid wastage.
Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisines (as per requirement).
Understanding of nutrition and healthy cooking methods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to family's taste and preferences.
Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
