Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and hygiene standards
Train and supervise cooks on Dumpling Hood recipes and SOPs
Oversee food inventory, stock rotation, and cost control
Innovate and improve menu items while maintaining brand standards
Coordinate with management for smooth kitchen functioning
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a chef or kitchen leader
Expertise in fast food or Asian cuisine preferred
