Job Summary


We are looking for a

dedicated and creative Head Chef

who sees cooking not just as a job, but as a craft and a passion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a

busy hotel kitchen

and confident in preparing a wide range of cuisines such as

Thai, Chinese, Continental, North & South Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor, and other international dishes

. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys mentoring a team, experimenting with flavors, and creating food that guests remember long after their stay.

Key Responsibilities


Lead the kitchen with care and

confidence, ensuring every dish reflects quality, consistency

, and

love for food.


Plan, prepare, and supervise multi-cuisine menus including

Thai, Chinese, Continental, Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor,

and

global specialties.


Guide, train,

and motivate the

kitchen team, creating a positive

and

respectful work culture.


Maintain high standards of

food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

, because guest health always comes first.

Manage food costs, inventory

, and

wastage responsibly while maintaining taste

and

presentation.


Work closely with the F&B

and service teams to understand guest preferences and special requests.
Handle

pressure gracefully during peak hours, banquets,

and

special events.


Continuously improve recipes, plating

, and

kitchen processes to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.

Qualifications & Experience


Diploma or Degree in

Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.


7-10 years of hands-on experience

in reputed hotels or

premium restaurants, including experience leading a kitchen team.
