Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Design and update menus with seasonal and innovative dishes
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management on budgeting and event planning
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and cost control
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
