Understand product placement at the store to answer customer questions Ensure accurate drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift Serve as backup for any cashiers calling out Track cashier break schedules Supervise and support the cashier team to ensure high standards of customer service. Train new cashiers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate cash availability and accurate end-of-day reconciliations. Resolve customer complaints and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with other store operations as required, including inventory management and merchandising. Generate and analyze reports related to sales, cash discrepancies, and customer service metrics.
