Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
cash handling operations
across multiple restaurant branches.
Manage and supervise a
cashiering team of 10-20 personnel
, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Monitor and reconcile
daily cash reports
from various branches/restaurants.
Handle
EDC (Swipe Machine)
settlements, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and verify
digital payments
via PhonePe, GPay, and other UPI platforms.
Ensure accurate and timely entries using
POS-based software (e.g., Possets)
.
Perform periodic audits and coordinate with internal finance teams to maintain compliance.
Support restaurant managers with cashiering and cash-related training or escalations.
Maintain updated records for all financial transactions in line with audit requirements.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum
8-10 years of experience
in cash handling and team supervision.
Prior experience in
restaurant, retail, or hospitality
industries is essential.
Proficient with
POS systems
, preferably Possets.
Strong understanding of
EDC machine processes
and digital payment systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple branch operations
simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
