Key Responsibilities

Maintain

daily cleanliness

of rooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces Perform

deep cleaning

, dusting, polishing, and sanitization as required Manage

laundry services

including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care Ensure

proper bed making

and linen replacement Supervise and coordinate with

housekeeping staff

(if applicable) Handle

guest room preparation

and VIP arrangements Maintain

household supplies inventory

and request replenishments Ensure care of

furniture, decor, silverware, and valuable items

Follow

hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Assist with

basic food & beverage service

when required Maintain

confidentiality and discretion

at all times Report maintenance issues to management or property owner

Skills & Qualities Required

Knowledge of

housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals

Strong

attention to detail

Time management and multitasking Professional appearance and etiquette Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
