Head Business Solution Officer - Automotive OEM Industry- Coimbatore

  • Location: Coimbatore
  • Head Business Solution Officer (Senior manager to GM level) \xe2\x80\x93 Techno (70%) Commercial (30%) person preferred \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 18+ years of experience is required
  • Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical) candidates with Automotive experience with Electronics products are referred
  • He should have handled the Engineering function (R&D Centre) / New product development / Program Management / Project management / Business development / New Business Strategies / Developing road map to achieve business goals
Brief:
Head Business Solutions Officer (HBSO) is a leadership position, responsible for the overall product strategy and implementation of business solutions that help the
organization to achieve its goals. The HBSO works closely with the CEO, Director of Strategy, Chief Technology Officer, Business Development Heads, other senior
executives and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, develop roadmaps, and launch and iterate products that meet the needs of customers
and achieve the organization\'s business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop business solutions and plans of action: Develop solutions and plans of action to turn the company\'s vision into reality. This includes identifying
and assessing new market opportunities, developing and managing relationships with key customers and partners, and overseeing the implementation
of new technologies and processes.
Define and articulate the business solutions vision and strategy: Define and articulate the business solutions vision and strategy for the organization. This
includes aligning the business solutions strategy with the organization\'s mission and vision, and developing roadmaps that outline how the organization
will achieve its business solutions goals.
Develop and maintain business solutions roadmaps: Develop and maintain business solutions roadmaps that align with the organization\'s business goals.
This includes ensuring that the roadmaps are feasible, achievable, and measurable.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Director Strategy, CTOs, BD
Head and functional heads of various departments and customers.
Assess company performance: Assess company performance and make recommendations for improvement. This includes reviewing, identifying risks,
and making strategic decisions in terms of product /technological strategies.
Develop and execute strategic plans/roadmap: Identify gaps in the product and business solutions roadmap and work with the Director of Strategy to
develop plans to address them. Ensure that the product and business solutions roadmap is aligned with the organization\'s strategic goals.
