Lead and own the overall business loans and MSME lending portfolio across geographies
Define and execute business strategy for secured and unsecured MSME lending
Drive large-scale growth in disbursements, revenue, and profitability
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for sales and sourcing teams
Build, scale, and manage multi-channel sourcing (field sales, DSAs, connectors, alliances, digital)
Oversee credit policy alignment, risk management, and portfolio quality
Work closely with credit, operations, legal, and lender partners to optimize approvals and TAT
Ensure portfolio health with controlled rejection rates, delinquencies, and NPAs
Establish strong governance, compliance, and adherence to RBI and lender norms
Lead, mentor, and develop regional heads, managers, and senior team members
Review MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making
Identify new markets, products, and partnerships to expand MSME lending footprint
Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends
Drive innovation in sourcing models, partnerships, and product offerings
Represent the organization in strategic discussions with banks, NBFCs, and key partners
Ensure customer experience excellence and long-term relationship management
Deliver sustainable growth while maintaining risk, compliance, and profitability balance
