25,00,000/- per annum

Position Overview:

The Head - Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth across the Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) vertical. The role requires strong leadership to manage the Domestic Business Development, C&I Business Development, and Marketing functions including Telecalling and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will strategically lead the business to achieve annual sales targets and expand market presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (Solar EPC - Domestic & C&I)



Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's footprint in the domestic Solar EPC market.

Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.

Lead proposal development, pricing, and negotiation for Solar EPC projects.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.

Track market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the sector.

Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead and mentor teams handling Domestic BD, C&I BD, Marketing, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing.

Ensure coordination across departments including Design, Engineering, and Projects for smooth proposal delivery.

Drive performance management and motivate teams to achieve individual and collective targets.

Marketing & Branding



Build and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Manage digital campaigns, promotional events, and telecalling operations to generate qualified leads.

Oversee preparation of marketing collaterals, project case studies, and company presentations.

Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.

Strategic & Analytical Functions



Develop business forecasts, reports, and dashboards for management review.

Contribute to annual business planning, sales budgeting, and performance evaluation.

Provide market insights and recommendations to the management for strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.

MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

Proven track record of handling Solar EPC business development, particularly in the C&I segment.

Experience in managing multi-functional teams and achieving sales targets.

Key Skills:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic planning and analytical ability.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.

Sound understanding of Solar EPC processes and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
