Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven BD Head to spearhead our outbound sales and lead generation strategy across India, EMEA, and US markets. This leadership role is responsible for building and managing the team, strategy, tools, and execution of all lead generation and early-stage sales pipeline development, specifically for our SaaS, IT and IMS offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Ownership: Define and implement scalable lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US).- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives.- Campaign Execution: Drive outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars) in alignment with marketing and regional BD goals.- Pipeline Growth: Own early-stage sales pipeline KPIs; ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the Sales team.- Market Research & Intelligence: Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), build target account lists, and monitor competitors and market trends.- Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee the usage and ROI of CRM, lead gen tools (e.g.,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure messaging alignment and conversion-focused campaigns.- Reporting: Regularly report on KPIs, lead conversion ratios, and ROI of lead generation efforts to senior management.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/IT services lead generation, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.- Proven track record of scaling outbound lead generation teams and pipelines in global markets.- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, BD processes, and ABM (Account Based Marketing) approaches.- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- High ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and data-driven approach.- Experience working with remote/global teams is a strong advantage.- Prior experience in IMS, Managed Services, or HR SaaS is a plus.Why Join Megamax?- Opportunity to shape and scale the BD engine of a high-growth IT solutions company.- Work directly with leadership to influence GTM strategy.- Exposure to global markets and clients.- Performance-driven growth and incentives.
