We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. This role is critical in driving the company's growth by identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Generate leads, identify potential clients, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's client base.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored wealth management solutions.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the wealth management sector. Use this information to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement. Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including financial advisors, marketing, and compliance, to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful implementation of business development initiatives.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand professional networks.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the wealth management or financial services industry.

Skills:

Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

-Experienced professionals from Wealth Management, banking or Financial institutions prefered.
