We're Hiring | Head - Business Development (10+ Yrs Exp)

Location: Bengaluru | Sector: Financial Services

Bengaluru-based fintech startup specializing in Supply Chain Financing, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in working with distributors and stockists, especially in the FMCG domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for Business Loans, Working Capital & SCF solutions

Engage with mid to large distributors and enterprises (not micro-enterprises)

Leverage existing connections to generate and convert high-quality leads

Customize and present financial solutions (term loans, line of credit, invoice finance, etc.)

Collaborate with internal and 3rd-party lending partners

Manage customer contracts and ensure long-term client relationships

Requirements:

10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services

Strong network within FMCG distributors

Proven success in selling business lending / SCF products

Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?541,746.52 - ?2,018,845.33 per year
