Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership- Design and lead national sales strategy aligned with theCompany vision and growth targets.- Develop scalable go-to-market plans across verticals and regions- Define and monitor KPIs, sales forecasting, and budget ownership Sales Operations & Team Management- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across zones- Drive performance culture with target-based evaluations and incentives- Implement CRM, reporting tools, and pipeline management best practices Business Development & Market Penetration- Identify and tap into new markets, sectors, and geographies- Build high-impact relationships with consultants, contractors, and procurement influencers- Represent thecompany in key industry forums, exhibitions, and technical panels Channel Partner Development- Strengthen and expand national distributor/partner network- Develop long-term B2B alliances to boost reach and revenue- Lead negotiations and commercial closures Cross-functional Leadership- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams for solutioning and execution- Provide customer insights and feedback for product innovationQualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience:- 12-20+ years in B2B industrial/technical sales, preferably in fire protection, safety, or engineering products- Proven track record of leading national teams and exceeding revenue goals- Strong connects with decision-makers, EPCs, consultants, and procurementheads in large infra/industrial firmsSkills & Traits:- Visionary leadership with a strategic mindset- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities- CRM fluency and analytics-driven decision-making- Excellent communication and stakeholder management- Growth-oriented, ethical, and team-first approach What We're Looking For:- Someone passionate about building India's fire safety landscape, who can promote and introduce brands among fire protection consultants and MEP contractors.- A strategic and hands-on sales leader with deep industry connections, who is well versed with Pan India Fire Protection Consultants and MEP Contractors.- A professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment, who has experience working with the above clientele.
