We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Head to lead our wealth management sales vertical. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients, building trust-based relationships, and leading sales strategies across products like mutual funds, insurance, and equity investments.Key Responsibilities: - Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for HNI and ultra-HNI portfolios - Conduct in-person meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning sessions with clients - Drive revenue growth across mutual funds, stocks, and insurance products - Collaborate with the research and product teams to develop customized investment strategies - Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the long run - Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client meets - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards - Monitor performance metrics and deliver periodic business reports to senior leadershipEligibility Criteria: - CFA-qualified (mandatory) - 5-7 years of experience in financial services sales, preferably in wealth management - Deep understanding of mutual funds, insurance, stocks, and overall financial planning - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - a natural people's person - Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development - Professional appearance and strong communication in English (written and spoken) - High ethical standards and client-first approach - Willing to sign a bond post-training period (ref:updazz.com)
