CTC - 1 Cr (Fixed + Variable)
Industry - FMCG, B2C (Consumer facing) Home and Personal Care (B2C)
- Candidate should have sharp insights, consumer first approach, strategic & innovative thinking with Disruptive ideas.
- Someone who can build, execute & scale up the brand.
- Brand Building and Media is crucial
- Having Entrepreneurial mindset and Understands Brand Proposition well.
- Ability to Build and grow business sustainably
- Responsible for handling Brand, Media, PR and Digital (for JSW Paints) covering 4 major spectrums : Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, Performance Marketing and Services Marketing (For other brands 4 - 8% Growth comes from Services Marketing).
