About the Role:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle, which includes reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), formulating bid strategies, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality bids.
What makes the role successful:
1. End-to-End Bid Ownership:
Lead the entire bid process, from initial review of RFPs to final submission.
Ensure all bid requirements are met and submitted within the specified deadlines.
Coordinate and prepare pitches for both global and local projects.
Tailor responses to meet specific client needs and regional requirements.
2. Strategy Formulation:
Lead generative AI initiatives to identify client's need and prepare proposal response.
Develop strategies and action plans to enhance bid win rates.
3. Documentation Management:
Maintain a centralised repository for all bid-related documents and information.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
4. Technical Assignments:
Oversee technical assignments related to bids, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Liaise with technical teams to gather the necessary information and insights.
5. Internal Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including design, project management, finance, and legal teams, to gather data and resolve bottlenecks
Facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the bid process.
6. Pre-Qualification Submissions:
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents to establish eligibility for upcoming projects.
Ensure compliance with all pre-qualification requirements.
7. Presentation Updates:
Regularly update and maintain the company's introduction presentation.
Ensure the presentation reflects the latest achievements, capabilities, and project portfolio.

Coordination and ensuring PQ documents are updated all the time and ensuring company data is maintained in central repository databank
Preparation and maintenance of Ops Excellence Playbook and onboarding documents/presentations
Ensuring feedback from all verticals are captured and mapped as lessons learned for continuous improvement
Organize weekly and monthly internal calls on Bid Management with Sales/BH to address bottlenecks
Preparation of reports/presentation decks as and when required by the management.
