Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Bakery Chef / Head Baker for our manufacturing unit in Lucknow to manage production of bread, buns, rusk, and cookies. The candidate should ensure quality production, hygiene compliance, and timely output based on daily demand.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Baking
Prepare dough, mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking of:
Bread (white, brown, multigrain, oats & honey)
Buns
Rusk
Cookies
Operate baking equipment (mixer, oven, slicer, molders).
Ensure product consistency and standard taste.
Quality & Hygiene
Follow FSSAI hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of bakery and equipment.
Proper storage of raw materials.
Inventory & Planning
Monitor daily raw material usage.
Inform management about stock requirement.
Reduce wastage through efficient planning.
Process Control
Maintain production records if required.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supervising helpers or assistant staff.
Product Development
Help introduce new variants and improve product quality.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in commercial bakery production.
Education: Bakery course preferred but not compulsory.
Skills Required:
Dough handling & fermentation knowledge
Oven handling
Quality control
Basic training skills
Must be disciplined and punctual.
Willing to work early morning shifts.

Early morning to afternoon shift (as per production schedule)
