Leads the architectural division, guiding design concepts, project planning, and technical excellence across all real estate projects--ensuring high-quality, functional, and compliant designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead master planning, concept design, and project architecture.
Review and approve drawings, layouts, and technical details.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
Ensure compliance with building codes, bylaws, and regulatory approvals.
Oversee design quality, innovation, and timely project delivery.
Mentor architects and manage the overall design workflow.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and architectural design expertise
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, etc.
Deep knowledge of real estate design, materials, and construction
Excellent communication and team management
Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
