Head Architect - Realestate ( Residential Projects )

Qua : B.Arch , M.Arch Specialization Realestate.

Skills : Planning , Designing , Project Management , Team Management.

Mandatory : Realestate background , Atocad , Revit , mostly all tolls regards to Architecture.

JD :

Role & responsibilities

Conceptual Design:

Developing the initial design concept, including spatial layouts, building forms, and material selections, based on client requirements and site conditions.

Technical Design:

Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and models using CAD and BIM software

Project Management:

Overseeing the project from initial design to completion, ensuring it adheres to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Coordination:

Working with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Compliance:

Ensuring the design complies with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.

Site Visits:

Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure the project is built according to the design
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per year
