EuroSchool Gunjur is looking for an experienced

Head of Admissions

to lead our admissions strategy, drive enrolments, and ensure an exceptional experience for every prospective parent and student.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement annual admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets. Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions team to deliver results. Conduct training and set KPIs for counsellors and executives.

Admissions Process Oversight

Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to enrolment. Handle escalated parent queries and ensure smooth operations.

Marketing & Outreach

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead-generation campaigns. Represent EuroSchool at events, seminars, and open houses.

Data Management & Reporting

Track leads, conversions, and retention through CRM systems. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual admissions reports for management.

Skills & Competencies

Proven leadership and people-management skills. Strong communication and persuasive abilities. Expertise in admissions, sales, and marketing strategies. Data-driven decision-making and CRM proficiency. Ability to thrive in a

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
