Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement annual admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions team to deliver results.
Conduct training and set KPIs for counsellors and executives.
Admissions Process Oversight
Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to enrolment.
Handle escalated parent queries and ensure smooth operations.
Marketing & Outreach
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead-generation campaigns.
Represent EuroSchool at events, seminars, and open houses.
Data Management & Reporting
Track leads, conversions, and retention through CRM systems.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual admissions reports for management.
Skills & Competencies
Proven leadership and people-management skills.
Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
Expertise in admissions, sales, and marketing strategies.
