Oversight of accommodation, transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, medical & welfare facilities
Proactive planning to ensure zero operational disruption at sites
Workforce & Facility Governance
Maintain discipline, structure, and operational hygiene across high-density construction sites
Partner with HR, IR, Safety, and Project Heads to ensure workforce continuity
Act as the senior escalation authority during emergencies and site-level crises
Vendor, Contract & Cost Control
Manage and optimize a large vendor ecosystem
Contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and cost rationalization
Balance cost efficiency with worker welfare and compliance
Compliance, Liaison & External Coordination
Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory norms, and audit requirements
Liaise with local authorities, labour offices, police, municipal bodies, and government agencies
Represent the company with credibility and authority
Process Excellence & Reporting
Establish SOPs, MIS dashboards, and structured reporting
Bring predictability, discipline, and scalability to admin operations
