Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Administration Head

to oversee and manage all administrative functions across our branches and corporate offices. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, efficient vendor management, infrastructure development, and cost-effective procurement within a fast-paced BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Vendor Management:



Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and service providers for admin-related services. Negotiate contracts, ensure service quality, and monitor vendor performance.

Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:



Oversee infrastructure setup and fit-out projects for new branches/offices. Ensure regular maintenance of existing infrastructure including civil, electrical, and IT support coordination. Liaise with property owners, architects, and contractors as needed.

Branch & Office Setup:



Coordinate logistics and admin support for the launch of new branches. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Procurement and Supplies:



Manage procurement and inventory of printing materials, office supplies, and stationery. Establish cost-efficient systems for procurement and distribution.

Administrative Policies & Compliance:



Develop and enforce administrative procedures and office standards. Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across offices.

Facility & Asset Management:



Monitor usage and upkeep of office equipment and company assets. Maintain asset registers and ensure periodic audits.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
