to oversee and manage all administrative functions across our branches and corporate offices. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, efficient vendor management, infrastructure development, and cost-effective procurement within a fast-paced BFSI environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and service providers for admin-related services.
Negotiate contracts, ensure service quality, and monitor vendor performance.
Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:
Oversee infrastructure setup and fit-out projects for new branches/offices.
Ensure regular maintenance of existing infrastructure including civil, electrical, and IT support coordination.
Liaise with property owners, architects, and contractors as needed.
Branch & Office Setup:
Coordinate logistics and admin support for the launch of new branches.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Procurement and Supplies:
Manage procurement and inventory of printing materials, office supplies, and stationery.
Establish cost-efficient systems for procurement and distribution.
Administrative Policies & Compliance:
Develop and enforce administrative procedures and office standards.
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across offices.
Facility & Asset Management:
Monitor usage and upkeep of office equipment and company assets.
Maintain asset registers and ensure periodic audits.
