: : Strategically positioning Star\'s value proposition to drive advertising sales and integrated marketing across Star\'s sports offerings on linear, digital, social, audio and more Enhancing our footprint by building and expanding relations with new partners and/ or venturing into new markets to enable growth of revenue and consumer base Conceiving, developing and implementing strategic sales programs, initiatives and pricing models across our key markets to maximize incremental or opportunistic revenue realization Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners by capturing their business imperatives, expectations, and challenges, and delivering insights and strategy to create curiosity and provide them with the most relevant media solution(s) Influence content strategy that will enhance impact on business including content\'s ability to drive leads and sales Collaborating across sales support, content, marketing and distribution teams to manage the full sales cycle from response to briefs to post campaign reports Building, engaging and developing a world class advertising sales team SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS: Results/ outcome focused Strategic thinker High energy Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced changing intern al & external environment C-Suite relationship builder, high EQ PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 18 to 20 years of experience with 9-10 years of leadership experience including leading a revenue function/ large category with exposure to P&L for 3 to 5 years Prior experience in negotiating/ winning complex contracts MBA or equivalent
