Role Overview



The

Head-Accounts

will be responsible for managing the organization's complete

accounting lifecycle, financial controls, statutory compliance, and reporting. The role

requires strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage financial

operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Post-Graduation in Finance or Accounting



Key Responsibilities:



? Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including ledger management,

accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting

, and reconciliation activities.

? Ensure accurate and timely

month-end and year-end closing processes.



? Manage

financial

transactions in accordance with accounting standards and

company policies.

? Monitor

cash flow, working capital, and fund flow

requirements.

? Ensure compliance with Income

Tax, GST, TDS, Professional Tax,

and other

relevant statutory requirements.

? Coordinate with internal and

external auditors

; ensure timely submission of data

and closure of audit queries.

? Maintain

compliance documentation and ensure accuracy

in financial records.

? Assist management in annual

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.



? Provide

financial insights

for

strategic planning and business decisions

.

? Monitor

cost controls and expense budgeting

.

Reporting Mechanism

? Preparation of

weekly cash flow

statements and weekly vendor outstanding

reports.

collection reports.



? Preparation of monthly

MIS reports including Profit & Loss Account, Balance



Sheet, and Cash Flow Summary.



? Preparation of

monthly GST and tax compliance reports

along with statutory

payment summaries.

? Preparation of quarterly

budget utilization reports and quarterly audit support



documents.

? Preparation of additional

financial reports

as required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
