to lead our finance function and ensure sound financial management in alignment with our operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in accounting, cost control, compliance, and strategic financial planning, especially within the OEMs, manufacturing, or metal/alloys industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per statutory norms).
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC, and all statutory requirements.
Monitor and manage company cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
Implement and improve internal control systems and SOPs.
Lead cost accounting and production cost analysis to support pricing and margin decisions.
Coordinate with banks for working capital management, loan documentation, and fund arrangements.
Support management in financial planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production departments to align financial planning with operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and HR, for integrated finance management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) / MBA (Finance) and Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in accounts & finance, preferably in metal, OEMs, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of taxation, financial regulations, and costing principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
