About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic Head - Accounts & Finance to lead financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands?on expertise, and experience in manufacturing, HVAC, refrigeration, or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, audits, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements

Manage cash flow, working capital, and internal controls

Drive costing, inventory control, and margin analysis (industry?specific)

Partner with leadership on business decisions and financial insights

Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team

Requirements

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

8-15 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing/HVAC/refrigeration/distribution

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, costing, and ERP systems

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
