Job Title: Head Accountant Location: Pandri Raipur Company: CreditSea Full-Time | On-Site Salary: ₹25,000 - ?40,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Head Accountant to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a strong grasp of financial principles, compliance, and reporting. You will oversee daily accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting Conduct regular audits and financial reviews Assist with tax planning, filings, and coordination with auditors Implement and maintain financial controls and systems Lead and mentor junior accounting staff
*Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
