Job Summary:
The Head - Accounting will lead the company's accounting and compliance functions, ensuring accurate reporting, financial transparency, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
2. Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and tax filings.
3. Establish and monitor internal controls across all accounting processes.
4. Provide financial insights to management for decisionmaking.
5. Ensure timely closure of books and reporting cycles.
6. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
7. Implement accounting best practices and digital tools.
8. Mentor and develop the accounting team.
9. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
10. Ensure auditready documentation at all times.
