1. Preparation of Financial Statements:
- Prepare standalone and consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Finalize accounts by passing necessary entries and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
2. Accounting Operations:
- Manage depreciation calculations, closing stock valuations, and necessary reconciliations.
- Oversee Income-tax, TDS, and GST reconciliations, payments, and returns filing.
3. Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and ROC compliance.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
4. Branch Coordination:
- Liaise with branch offices to ensure proper and timely accounting practices and financial data accuracy.
- Address and resolve accounting-related issues at branch levels.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead the accounts team at the head office, ensuring effective delegation and review of their work.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving complex accounting queries.
6. Financial Reporting:
- Review financial data periodically and provide reports to senior management on the financial health of the company.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the CFO.
7. System & Process Improvements:
- Review current accounting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and monitor internal control mechanisms to safeguard company assets.
8. Compliance and Updates:
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all financial practices are compliant with both local and national regulations.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
